Challenge
Achieving decarbonization across agricultural supply chains is complex, requiring coordination among multiple stakeholders, validation of new GX technologies, and alignment with real market needs. There is also a need to connect sustainability concepts such as circular economy and farm-to-table with viable business models and community engagement.
Solution
TBA led and executed a PoC initiative in collaboration with a Japanese oil company and Chulalongkorn University, focusing on GX technologies for agricultural decarbonization. The project included effect verification of solutions, market research on farm-to-table businesses, and real-world validation at a restaurant in Bangkok. In parallel, TBA drove digital marketing, built a community of over 1,200 members, and organized multiple events to promote awareness and engagement.
Outcome
- Validated practical approaches to decarbonization while strengthening collaboration across industry, academia, and startups. - Increased awareness of sustainable practices. - Supported business model exploration. - Demonstrated the potential for monetization. - Initiative also established a strong community foundation. - Enabling continued growth and impact in GX-driven supply chains.
