Smart Cold-Chain

Challenge

Delivering fresh fish from Japan to overseas markets requires strict temperature control, real-time tracking, and trusted data to ensure quality and safety. Traditional logistics lack transparency and reliable traceability across the supply chain.

Solution

A cold-chain system was developed with features including fish market bidding, RFID-based temperature and location tracking, and specialized cooler boxes to maintain freshness. Traceability is secured using blockchain as electronic proof, supported by mobile and web applications for end-to-end management. TBA contributed from system design and PoC to development and demo execution.
