Challenge

Field engineers need to learn complex procedures for assembling and repairing agricultural machinery, often with limited access to training resources and performance tracking tools. Managing training content, user progress, and system updates across teams can also be difficult.

Solution

A comprehensive VR training system was developed with detailed 3D content for hands-on practice, supported by an AR mobile app for on-site 3D manuals. A backend CMS manages VR application versions, user groups, users, reports, and dashboards with analytics, enabling centralized control and monitoring. We also provides ongoing maintenance and continuous system improvements.
